Responsible for constructability/bidability reviews, reviews pay applications and change orders, monitors federal compliance, tracks costs, construction claims and schedules, and provides expert technical advice to project owners, consulting engineers, other state bureaus, departments and government agencies related to infrastructure projects utilizing State Revolving Fund or seeking State Aid Grant funding, including wastewater treatment facilities and landfill closures.
